Plum Developments and Jefferson Sheard Architects have designed a dynamic and versatile office scheme, combining efficient floor-plates and central location to create modern, functional, open plan office space. Elements of The Venue have been retained with exposed internal brick and stone walls, enhanced with design touches such as exposed steel work and bright new reception and lift 'core' servicing the full height of the building.

The facade of Venue Studios is traditional. What Plum is adding a new layer: a fully glazed top floor with uninterrupted views across Edinburgh and up to Arthur's Seat. Within the office space is room to create meeting rooms and client space which will inspire: creative beats across the capital.
